I prioritize my clients and their individual needs, ensuring open, & clear communication throughout every stage of the legal process. This approach allows me to deliver tailored legal support that aligns with each client’s goals and circumstances.
My practice spans several areas of law, including:
estate law & probate;
family law;
ICBC & driving law;
general civil law including residential tenancy, contract law, and civil forfeiture;
Cannabis law compliance & Community Safety Unity (CSU) investigations; and
research or contracted services for law firms.
I also offer notarization and commissioning!
I value community engagement and am a member of Access Pro-bono and the Lawyer Referral Service. I reserve a portion of my practice for pro-bono clients to bolster access to justice for those who may otherwise have difficulty obtaining legal representation.
Outside of the office, the easiest place to find me is on a mountain or in the water. On a rainy day, I curl up with Ophelius the Old English bulldog (who makes his appearance above), a deck of cards, and the ones I love to create lasting memories.
